Install/Upgrade Error

Hello, when trying to do the upgrade to the latest version, I get an error message - see attached picture.

Sorry - am using Windows 7 Pro. Not sure last working version because I cannot get into WINSCP anymore.

Please run the installer with /LOG=... switch and attach the log file.
