Preview only HEAD / TAIL of large remote files

Similar to the unix head / tail commands.
Sometimes you need check just the last lines of your log file.

This is not possible yet right? Would be so useful. Winscp sadly cannot handle the filesizes I try to open haha.

You could use PuTTY to do that, https://winscp.net/eng/docs/integration_putty for reference. After login in the PuTTY shell, linux command `head` or `tail` is provided.
