Can not create NEW file or directory via WinSCP

The create a new file option from the drop down menu does not work.

Did this get resolved? I'm running version 5.11.3 (Build 7995) and can no longer create a file in WinSCP. Screenshot attached.

I have exactly the same issue. Was it ever resolved. It has just started to happen to me.

It's probably this problem, which will be fixed in the next release.
