retain but append filename

Let's say the filename in the send folder is FILENAME123_9494949494.txt

I want it to be Company_FILENAME123_%TIMESTAMP%.txt

Can this be done

BTW, this is from a command line started from a windows task schedule process

What is "send folder"? Are you uploading files? Or downloading files? Or just renaming files?
