SSIS Package error - incompatible external console protocol version 8

I have an SSIS package that includes a call to the .COM version of WinSCP. I have tried multiple versions of the WinSCP.COM file but old or new, I still get an error. The error is "incompatible external console protocol version 8". Does anyone know how to get around this error. Please note that I have even downloaded the most current version of WinSCP. This is being run on SQL 2012. Thanks for any insight that you might be able to provide.

You have to store the same version of winscp.com and winscp.exe into the same folder.
