Hello,
"File custom command" -> "Tar/Gzip" from the context menu overwrite existing files without questioning.

Yes it does. Do you believe it's wrong? I'm no so sure.

Could you explain why? It executes a gzip command on the server. The command does not ask for confirmation. So it's imo an expected behavior.
