Transfer only contents of each subdirectory

Hello,

Is there any way i can transfer only the files in a sub folder?

ex

client1/photos
client2/photos
client3/photos
etc

I only want to transfer the contents of photos but nothing else in the client1 folder or any of the other subdirectories

Only be excluding the other folders explicitly.
Or use WinSCP .NET assembly from a PowerShell script. It would be easy to implement iterating of the client folders in PowerShell.
