Can't see my some of my files

Hello everybody! Sorry for my English..
I'm new to WINSCP, and i'm using ftp (aruba) to connect to my site.
I'm try to understand why online i can see all the photo posted by other users, but when i search them on WINSCP they are not.
Sorry if the question could be stupid or something else, but i'm really getting mad!

Well, that's not a question we can answer. You have to contact your server administrator.

In general, there's no technical reason, why would a contents of an FTP directory have to match a contents of some virtual online folder.
