Can´t connect with WinSCP but with Putty

Hello,

after I did "yum update" on my Cent Os 7.3 Server i am not able to connect with WinSCP.
Fun Fact Putty works....

I took the same configuration like putty in WinSCP.

How can I fix the Problem ?

Please post a complete PuTTY event log as well as WinSCP log file.
