winscp selecting all files and moving mouse to top

Peace, I was expecting this to fixed after all the updates but looks like i have to report it. When i drag the mouse to select multiple files, winscp selects all the files and as stated earlier. What could be causing this?

What actually seems to be a bug in recent builds of Windows 10.
