The network connection was aborted by the local System

Hallo Friends,
Im from Germany i get this message from WinSCP during i try to make a Connection vie FTP.

Could not retrieve directory content
The network connection was aborted by the local System

I can make a Connection throug other Software like FieZilla.
Please give me answer as soon as possible

Please attach a verbose log file from both WinSCP and FileZilla.
