sftp script to another linux box

Dear,

I am searching for an automated script over sftp to an other linux server. Is this possible and is there an example ?

I know howto connect but I have no solution for the password prompt.

Can someone help me ?

Either create stored session with stored password, or even better, use public key authentication.
