Host does not exist error.

I have a 3 users who RDP with an auto login to a server that should connect to a host. 2 of my users have no issue. 1 of my users is getting the message "Host does not exist". This maybe a permissions issue with the user but im not sure where to look. The AD permissions are the same for all 3 and the RDP isn't an issue because she wouldn't get the window stating she was opening the app. Any thoughts?

Can that user connect to that server using any other SSH/SFTP client?
What does ping hostname return for that user?
