getting error when i tried to connect to windows 2016 server

I am trying to connect to windows 2016 server which is hosted in oracle virtual box from winscp, i gave my ip address and credentials correctly but not able to connect and i am getting connection timeout error. I tried to reconnect many times same error repeats again and again. Please help me

Do you have any reason to believe you should be able to connect at all?
Do you have any FTP or SFTP server running on the Windows Server?
Can you connect with any other FTP or SFTP client?
