Commander view without local list

Hello,

is it possible to have the commander view but without the local directory list?
Just like the explorer, but the explorer is not quite like the commander.
For example the address bar is much better in commander mode.

I'd really love to have the commander just without the local side to have more space.

No it's not possible.

Is there anything else that you are missing in the Explorer interface, in addition to the clickable path panel?

Well, I'd like a clickable path panel at the same location where it is in the Commander interface. (Or at least closer) It seems that I cannot rearrange it.
And I'm missing the ".." to get one directory up.
