WinSCP crashes after upgrade to v5.13.2

I recently upgraded to v5.13.2 and the app crashes after a little while after a connection is made to any SFTP server, even when not used at that moment. Downgrading to v5.13.1 made it stable again.
I attached the Report.wer file for analysis.
