Copy data with orignal permissions to dstination.

Hi,

We need to copy data from HPUX Server to windows server and then we have to upload that data to RHEL Server using winscp.

Currently what i have noticed is that if i download some data using winscp from HPUX server to my windows server and then upload the same in RHEL server using winscp,the permissions are not getting copied.

whoever user uploads data at destination,it is taking that permission.like if user "abc" uploads data on RHEL server,the folder will have abc permission.

We want that if we download data from HPUX server,and same when copied to RHEL server, the permission of that folder in RHELServer must be same as that folder permission on HPUX.

Please suggest if we can do this in winscp.My winscp version is Version 5.9.4(Build 7333)

WinSCP does not support this. It would have to store the ownership to some metadata storage. I'm not aware of other client that would support this.
