I use WinScp, I am PluginMaster in one server and I can´t edit any plugins becouse when I open .jar

.jar files are binary files. You cannot edit them in a text editor.

That's a Java question. Not a WinSCP question. I do not do Java, but afaik, .jar are not to be edited. You edit .java files and compile them to get updated .jar files.
