How to write to subdirectory?

Hi!

I have a question is :
There is native FTP-server on the Windows 8 and there was created FTP-directory
There are few subdirectory in this FTP-directory
how I can write to subdirectories with command promts?

open ftp://user:passwd@FTP-server_name - here are no directories
I can see subdirectories from graphical WinSCP.exe only.
