Whitelist IP list

In order to pull SFTP data i need to whitelist an IP list.
where do i enter the ip's i want to whitelist?

Sorry, I do not understand. Do you mean you need to add your local IP address to server whitelist? That has nothing to do with WinSCP. You need to contact your server administrator.
