bug report : s3 command line error

I want open s3 with command line.
But I have Error (Directory Move Error)
(file･folder not exists)

OK (Move Bucket)
C:\winscp.exe [session name]/[bucket name]/

NG (Don't Move Diretory)
C:\winscp.exe [session name]/[bucket name]/[directory name]/


OS:Windows10
Ver:5.13.3
