Putty not loading

Hi there,

We use WinSCP on several PC's here and are able to load a putty session from a connection.

We are using V5.13.3 (Build 7454).

However, on 1 PC the user is not able to load the Putty session even though the settings are all correct and match the working PC's.

Can you please provide suggestions to resolve this.

What does it mean "not able to load the Putty session"? Can you elaborate please?

Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to me.

Once you are connected to a server through WinSCP and click "Open Session in Putty" toolbar button, it doesn't open the Putty window.

However, the user has reinstalled WinSCP overnight and it has resolved the issue.
