Is Clear Control Channel for FTPS supported in the latest WinSCP version

Good morning. I was asked a question regarding "Clear Control Channel" and the latest version of WinSCP. The only information I can find specifically around this CCC is pretty old (2012). Can anyone confirm whether or not the latest version of WinSCP supports CCC? I am unfamiliar with it and am not sure what to tell this person. Also, I will be using scripting to create this connection for automation purposes, if it can support CCC, will it work with scripting?
