301 permanent redirect

How do I complete a 301 redirect for some of the old pages on my site?

I want the old pages to be redirected to the new pages so that I retain my search engine rankings.

First, this has nothing to do with WinSCP. Seconds, it depends on web server you are using. For example, with Apache you can use Redirect directive from .htaccess file.
