Network connection refused

Hi

Currently i am using winscp to transfer files for some unix servers.i could not connect to unix servers for datastage 11.5 headnode unix servers.When i try to connect its throwing error as network connection refused

I am using the version 5.9.2.

Can you please help me with this issue

Can you connect with any other SFTP/SSH client?
