Directory listing retrieval error

Hi

I cant login. It gives me the directory listing error. Attached is my log.
(please not ive have erased some personal info from the log)

I increased the server response timeout time to 40 sec (from 15) and I got a new error message.
(basically the same thing). Should I contact host?

Can you log in and retrieve directory listing with any other FTP client?
