Menu appears on wrong monitor on dual monitors

I have dual monitors and when I put the WinSCP window on my secondary monitor the menu still shows on the primary monitor.

I have the same problem. The menu items appear on the primary monitor when the app is on the secondary. This happens with the main menu items as well as any toolbar buttons that have drop-down menus, but strangely enough the right-click menus pop up in the correct position. Has there been any resolution to this?
