Will no longer take my password

HP Compaq 4000 Pro SFF PC Windows OS
WinSCP 5.9.5

Thursday took several times putting password in before allowing me to login.
Friday would not allow my password at all and the same today. I have completely shut down my computer several times. We use this to interface with TennIIS.
