winscp.exe does not match version of this WinSCPnet.DLL assembly

I have installed WinSCP (version 5.13.5) .NET assembly from NuGet Package
and downloaded WinSCP.exe vaersion(5.13.5) and kept both the files in same folder as mentioned in the document.
I'm getting following error :
The version of path\\bin\\Debug\\winscp.exe (5.13.5) does not match version of this assembly
path\\bin\\Debug\\WinSCPnet.DLL (5.13.5.0).

Please help.

The NuGet package already contains the correct version winscp.exe => Do not download it separately.
