WINSCP 5.14.2 Beta is messing up with windows 10 user gui

Two times after installing WINSCP beta 5.14.2 I had my windows 10 user gui not come up until I clicked on it several times and when it finally came up, the taskbar toolbars did not expand on click to show the icons. After uninstalling and going back to version 5.13.6, everything went back to normal.

Description: This file shows the user gui when the issue happens. As you can see the taskbar toolbar os selected and does not expand, only a thin gray line shows up.
