Dark theme not complete ?

hello , I've done many search in this forum for the dark mode. I finally found it , in the 5.14.4 RC version which I downloaded

The probleme is the dark theme is not complete , some parts of the apps still whites ( I attached screenshot ).

I turn them dark using the high contrast mode in Windows , but it change many others thing that I don't want

Can someone help me ?

Windows API for dark themes is not complete. So I do not think it's possible to change color of those parts yet.
