Execute command "quote site c 1208 "

I am trying to uplaod a text file with french char to ibmi server from windows server . I need execute the command " quote site c 1208 " to make the file readable in ibmi . How to execute the command in winscp library c# command ?

Command execute seccessfully , but it still didnt fix the french character issue .

And does it work for you with any other FTP client?
Btw, don't you need to use ASCII transfer mode for this to work?

I have used transfer mode as ascii .
using quote type c 1208 comaand if i try to uplaod using batch command , it makes the french character intact . but same command in wiscp doesnt keep french char intact

Please post your batch command output, as well as WinSCP session log file.
