how to port over the credentials to a newly installed system!?

hello dear experts -
the situation:
on a windows-system i have access to the server - but on my second notebook i have had a crash.
question: how to fully save and port over the credentials form the windows-notebook to the newly installed notebook.

does it fit when i port over a credential-file!?
