FTP Command Line - Proxy Ignored
Hi all,
We're having an issue with FTP connections via command line. During testing, we connected to the site using the GUI without issue, but trying the identical settings in a cmd window fails with the message
I've attached screenshots of the GUI settings, working fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

Command line were using (private info redacted):No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
WinSCP.exe ftp://user:pass@ftpsite ProxyMethod=3 ProxyHost=proxyaddress ProxyPort=2121 FtpProxyLogonType=2
Any help would be appreciated.
