Automatic synchronization repeatedly.

I want a script that will run as the computer uploads and synchronizes between a local folder and a server folder, the synchronization will continue as long as it is not stopped by force (by closing a command prompt window)
Sync will not include subfolders of the folder.
To make it clear, once a file has been successfully uploaded, it will be moved to a sub-folder on your computer.
I would love someone to write me the code ready. I will only change the path of the computer and the connection details and path of the server, because I tried to learn here and without success.
