WinSCP failure

HI can someone help. When I try to manually log into a prod server using the MS DOS command prompt I have no issue. But when I use WinSCP to do it, it fails and times out on me. Is there some sort of option to set or configure to get it to work?

Please, show us log files/output for both.

I can't. I'm not allowed to share any company software output of any kind. Security and such.....
