Error when trying to navigate to specific folder to retrieve files from corrupt Drobo mount

I am using WinSCP at direction/suggestion of Drobo Support to retrieve files from a Drobo that was corrupted and would not mount. All other files I have successfully copied off using WinSCP (thank you!). The file structure where Drobo places the photos it copies off your iphone from its DroboPix app however, I cannot navigate to, or copy, or rename. There are some files there I would like to get at...

WinSCP v 5.15.1, build 9401
Windows 10
SCP
Commander interface
Navigate to folder Error:

Command 'cd "Kent???s iPhone6Plus"'
failed with return code 2 and error message
-sh: cd: line 10723: can't cd to Kent???s iPhone6Plus.

I believe the ??? are representing apostrophe in the phone name on the iphone. I believe those folders were named as such on the Drobo before corruption. I have asked their tech support about this error as well...

Rename error:
Command 'mv -f "Kent???s iPhone6Plus" "KentsiPhone6Plus"'
failed with return code 1 and error message
mv: can't rename 'Kent???s iPhone6Plus': No such file or directory.

If I use GUI to look at folder properties error:

Command 'ls -la "/mnt/DroboFS/Shares/Family/Photo Uploads/Kent???s iPhone6Plus"'
failed with return code 1 and error message
ls: /mnt/DroboFS/Shares/Family/Photo Uploads/Kent???s iPhone6Plus: No such file or directory.
