Versions after 13.9 won't launch for me in Windows

Versions 15 and 15.1 hang on launch for me, apparently forever.
Windows 10 Pro, up to date.
Not sure how to find out what is happening, task manager shows no CPU or disk usage.
I can't send a screenshot right now because I need to have a working version installed in order to work, but if it would help I can get that at a quieter moment.

Thanks for your report.
I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.

The debug version launched fine, and of course now when I install 15.1 again, it works too.
Problem solved. Log file attached for completeness.
