Unable to upload Chinese name folders to Windows Open-SSH server (SFTP protocal).

Hi, I'm trying to upload files and folders to a Windows Open-SSH server (using SFTP protocal). WinSCP succeed in uploading files (with English name or Chinese name). But failed to upload folders with Chinese name. And failed to show folders with Chinese name at the server.

I cannot reproduce your problem.
What "Windows Open-SSH server" is that?
Can you upload the files using any other SFTP client?
