Access denied

I have had a problem to access WinSCP since last week.
Earlier there is no updated file I uploaded through Birchstreet, and from last week I could not login neither.
I downloaded new version but still same problem.
After enter the password, it says "Access denied."
What should I do?

You will need to contact your server administrator. With cannot help you with login.
