Refresh remote directory from command file

Hi. I have a batch file to retrieve files automatically from the remote directory to local each morning. Is there a command I can put in the batch file to automatically refresh the remote server?

What do you mean by "refresh the remote server"? What does the "refresh" (whatever you mean by it) have to do with the download script?
