request: default file permissions when creating directories

This is a feature request. The default file permissions should honor the preferences when creating new directories (ctrl-d).

I'll think about it. I'm not sure yet if it is good idea :-)

Now I first have to create the folder on desktop and then drag it to WinSCP (then the folder has correct permissions). Why should it be different when creating the folder with ctrl-d?
