Batch file using winscp.com transfer using EBCDIC format

I have a file that I need to upload but the destination requires it converted from ASCII to EBCDIC. Is this possible to do with WinSCP?

WinSCP supports text mode transfer. It's the server's task to convert the text file from canonical FTP text format to its native EBCDIC format.
