Error when trying to connect to a SFTP a specific country

Hello Martin,

I am getting the following error when trying to connect to a SFTP file from Brazil. It is not a permissions issue because I have asked other colleagues to use my username and password and they are available to connect from other countries.

I don't believe this to be a network issue because I have tried it on different networks and always get the same error message.

I have attached a log file (with some personal information sanitized) for your review.

Could you please advise?

I forgot to add, I have also tried using a different account for this FTP server and get the same message which is:

(EFatal) Server unexpectedly closed network connection. Cannot initialize SFTP protocol. Is the host running an SFTP server?

Can you connect with any other SFTP client?

Thank you for your response. Yes, I have tried using FileZilla and I am able to connect using both accounts from the same networks without any problems.
