Xamarin support

Thank you for creating this wonderful product. I use WinSCP to automatically upload my documents to OneDrive using the WebDav protocol.

As mobile phone is so common nowadays, it will be very helpful if WinSCP can support the Android platform. I hope s portable version of WinSCP automation library will be made available to support Xamarin.

The WinSCP .NET assembly runs WinSCP executable internally. There's no way to port WinSCP to Android.
