Trigger action after synchronization

Hi everybody!

Does WinSCP offer a way to setup a synchronization hook?

The idea is that after it synced from local to remote it should automatically backup the remote files and database.

I do not understand. If you have the synchronization scripted, why don't you add the backup to your script? What do you need the "hook" for?

I don't use a script for the synchronization, since I need full control over the file operations on the local system. The synchronization checklist, seen when syncing via GUI with the preview option enabled, allows this manual control.

The hook would run my backup script. Currently I have to run it after every synchronization manually.

You can still run the GUI synchronization from a script/batch file.
