Support for CEPH or other S3 Compatible

I would like to see WinSCP enahnced to support on-prem S3 compatible systems like ceph.

This would require prompting for an endpoint as well as the user credentials and bucket name.

Without this enhancement I am forced to use another product like Cloudberry Explorer.

Did you test it with WinSCP 5.16 beta?
