receiving reports

I'm concerned because I haven't received any reports since 9-19-2019. We are expecting a "Cash Zero-Out" report from NC Department of Public Instruction and we haven't received the one for September at this time. Our version of WinSCP is 5.15.4 running on Windows 7. Thanks.
