Caching symlink directories

I am using WinSCP version 3.7.6 and have some directory structure involving symlinks, i.e.
./v1.0/
./v1.1/
./current (symlink to v1.0 at beginning)

When I navigate into the "current" symlink, it seems like WinSCP is caching the location of the symlink and trying to enter v1.0
If I update the "current" symlink to point to v1.1, the next time I log in with WinSCP and cd to "current" it remembers the old relationship and puts me into the v1.0 directory.
This is troublesome when I log in toupload a file, only to realize that clicking the symlinked "current" folder didn't put me in the right place.
