feature request: default to UNCHECKED in Synchronization Checklist dialog window

The default of the Synchronization Checklist dialog windows is for all items to be checked.
One can click "Uncheck All" on the left side of the page, but I wish this was the default since I do it every single time I sync since I only usually want to sync 1-3 files, rather than all 20 files that are marked as checked. (for local development work on code on a remote server)

Is there a way to change the default to have all checkboxes UNCHECKED by default instead?

Even if it were a hidden option one had to set in the registry, it would be great! I am more than happy to make a donation to support this feature.
